At The Bagh, our menu is an eloquent fusion of modern Indian cuisine with international influences from Mexican, Italian, and Asian dishes. Our culinary journey begins at the break of dawn. Our chefs embark on a quest to local markets, hand-picking the freshest ingredients, which are then seamlessly blended with globally-sourced authentic elements like Masa harina and chipotle chilis from Mexico.

Dedicated to preserving authentic techniques, The Bagh boasts wood-fired ovens, traditional tandoors, and woks. Exclusively found at The Bagh, 'The Pit,' a Peruvian cooking method, employs a 'low and slow' style, infusing our dal and raan dishes with distinctive flavours over a course of 16-hours.

Our commitment to authenticity extends to the cocktail menu at Jade by The Bagh. Natural flavours take centre stage, with all cordials, syrups, and fat-wash infusions crafted in-house to produce perfectly balanced beverages.
